Internal Improvement Proposal → RPA Candidate Extraction
For a corporate DX initiative, extracted and prioritized RPA automation candidates from 212 internal improvement proposals. Evaluated implementation difficulty across Python, Power Apps, and Power Automate, then built a 4-phase implementation roadmap.
